Home building is our expertise. Whether it is a 1000sqft production home or a 5000+ sqft custom, we have built and managed the construction of hundreds of homes throughout NEPA. One thing that sets us apart from most builders is the fact that we are a frame to finish builder. What that means, is that as soon as the foundation is laid our carpenters are hands on, constructing the frame of the house as well as all aspects of exterior and interior finish work. From sill to rooftop we handle everything. The only subcontractors on our builds are electricians and plumbing/hvac. This is the traditional way that carpenters used to operate. It requires a true master of the trade and an efficient project coordinator. We believe that this helps us achieve a level of detail, quality, and customer service that is simply unmatched.
